What we collect

Business details (ABN, trading name), contact details (name, mobile, email), fuel usage figures you provide, and documents you upload as part of an application.

Why we collect it

To prepare a savings estimate, process a fuel card application with our partner networks, deliver cards, and support your account. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

The fuel card network you apply to (Caltex or Fleetcard), service providers who host our systems and send our messages, and regulators where required by law.

How long we keep it

Application documents for declined or withdrawn applications are removed after 90 days unless we are required to keep them longer. Account records are kept for the life of the account plus the period required by law.
